Why do we dream? Let's see what science says!

There may be no one on earth who has never dreamed. People dream about it almost every day. The things we think about all day long, after sleeping at night, are the things that come up in our dreams. Many people think so. Many people also believe in dreams. Science, however, has no value for imaginary objects.

So let's not go overboard without knowing some of the scientific explanations for dreams -
1)     According to psychologists, if you have sleeplessness at night, you may have been living in someone else's dream. That means maybe someone was dreaming about you. Because of which you did not sleep at night.

2)    People, who have a habit of calling their nose while sleeping at night, usually have little or no dreams to talk about. Because science thinks that calling the nose and dreaming is not possible at the same time. (To me, that sounds like a lie).

3)    According to science, on average, a man dreams about 6 dreams a year. That is, on average, about 1 per night. (Tell you what it sounds like to believe it? Do you have 3 dreams every day?)

4)    Our brain can't make an appearance. That is, we have seen all those we dream of at some point in our lives. Explaining the words, we can look unbearable while walking along the road. But our subconscious mind holds it and dreams later. After waking up again in the morning but we can no longer remember whom we saw at night while sleeping.

# 5 - Every man dreams. If you think you are not dreaming it means you cannot remember it or you are suffering from a complex mental illness.

# 6- Man spends about 6 years dreaming about his life cycle.

> # 7- Do you know, pregnant women can dream more than we do? This is because, during pregnancy, they have a lot of hormone changes.

# 8- We forget about a dream in about 5 minutes in a minute, and in the next 5 minutes we forget about 5 percent. That's why I can't remember the nightmare I dreamed of.

#9- We usually dream for about 5 to 5 minutes where, on average, a dream lasts for about 3-5 minutes. I dream for the longest time in the morning, which lasts for 5 to 5 minutes. (But I knew every dream we had lasted only 5 seconds, so which one was true)

# 10- Children usually have nightmares more often. Proof of this, many times you will see children suddenly wake up and start crying.
